Our Landscape Design Internship is intended to provide “real world” experience in which you’ll participate in all aspects of residential landscape design, following a project from conception, to conceptualization, to refinement and detailing. Depending on business work-load and scheduling you may assist with installation project management tasks as well as minor installation assistance.

Our Horticultural Internships are a great place to put your gardening skills to work! We’ll focus on single family residential scale projects including Horticultural Design, Installation, and Maintenance. You’ll be a big part of refining our business operations for constant improvement. We have the goal of being the best gardening company in the area and want your help.

We are a growing business and have realized the value of finding the right customers. We have a nice website, a good reputation, and a pretty solid idea on how we like to do things. We are hoping that you have the energy, ideas, and passion to help us break through to the next level! This internship will focus on review and revision of our current marketing plan.

We are really good at landscaping - and just kinda okay at running a business. We’ve learned a lot by trial and error over the years. We make a lot of decisions based solely on intuition. If you have the education and drive to help make a good company great we’d welcome you to come show us what we can do better. This internship will include full access to our budgeting, financial operations, field operations, and anything else you want to take a poke at…. We expect you’ll find some ratios for us to talk about and maybe propose alternative ways of doing things. Frankly, we don’t know what to expect…we’re just landscapers ; )
